1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FacilitiesViewer (“the Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

2. Services Provided

The Platform offers:

• Smart Floor Plan Viewer
• AI Diagnostics & Prediction Tools
• AR Indoor Navigation
• IoT Sensor Integration
• Automated Work Order Generation
• Facility Data Management & Visualization

3. User Accounts

To use the Platform, users must:

• Provide accurate registration details
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Be authorized to act on behalf of their organization

Users are responsible for all activity under their account.

4. Customer Data

Your organization retains ownership of all uploaded content including:

• DWG / DXF files
• Facility maps & metadata
• Asset information
• Maintenance logs
• Sensor readings and IoT data

By using the Platform, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and store this data solely for the purpose of providing services.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users may NOT:

• Upload malicious or harmful files
• Reverse-engineer or copy system components
• Attempt unauthorized access to restricted systems
• Use the service to build a competing product
• Abuse AR navigation or misuse IoT data

6. Subscription & Payment

FacilitiesViewer operates on a subscription model. Subscription terms include:

• Monthly or annual billing
• Automatic renewal unless canceled
• No refunds for the current billing period

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may occur.

8. AI & AR Disclaimers

AI-generated predictions, diagnostics, and recommendations are informational and should be validated by certified professionals. AR navigation accuracy may vary based on calibration, device sensors, and building layout.

9. Limitation of Liability

FacilitiesViewer is not liable for:

• Operational decisions made based on AI predictions
• Incorrect AR routing caused by user environment
• Loss of data caused by external systems
• Incidental or consequential damages

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations. You may terminate your subscription at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
